UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THIS LIMITATION ON DAMAGES AND CLAIMS IS INTENDED TO APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN BREACHED OR HAVE PROVEN INEFFECTIVE. HUTTO & CARVER, P.A. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF DATA OR DOCUMENTATION ON THE HUTTO & CARVER, P.A. WEBSITES OR NETWORK, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REASONABLE BACKUP PRECAUTIONS OF YOUR RECORDS. THE PARTIES AGREE TO THE ALLOCATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION.
